Kalatage is a Dynamic and accomplished Civil Aviation Professional with over 30 years of expertise across airline operations, Passenger sales & Marketing, Cargo Sales and Marketing and Customer service. His career reflects a rare blend of operational excellence, academic contribution, and strategic vision, making him a trusted voice in Career counselling in general, Airline aviation and beyond.
Through his extensive career in aviation and academic contributions, Dr. S. B. Kalatage emphasizes the importance of discipline, customer-centric thinking, and resilience under pressure—qualities that inspire individuals to grow personally and professionally. Her expertise spans Staff Aministartion , Customer service and foreign exchange operations, where she has consistently contributed to operational excellence and client satisfaction. With her strong foundation in banking operations and leadership in entrepreneurial ventures, she continues to play a pivotal role in shaping careers and advancing industry standards.
